The CDP100 Direct box is high quality passive direct box that has been specifically developed to allow regional sound companies and project studios to enjoy the quality at affordable price point.
The CDP100 features a custom-made expensive but high quality transformer with a nickel-laminated core. Nickel doesn’t retain a memory or polarity. This has the net effect of reducing phase distortion, improving linearity and lowering harmonic distortion.This high –performance transformer has an exceptionally linear frequency response from 20Hz to 22kHz,making it ideal for electronic musical instruments and audio equipment. It also features a 0dB,-15dB,-30dB PAD selected for high output source and ground lift switch to troubleshoot noise from ground loops. CDP100 is a great choice for bass and acoustic guitar.
