Cheney Yang has found Sinojoint International Limited in 2005. 2 years later since business grew fast enough, Cheney Yang set up Guangzhou Sinojoint Electronics Co.,Ltd in August,2007 as a factory. Team building came from 2 into 30 plus. In 2009 she did another time movement to a bigger factory which is from 900sqm to 4000+ sqm. Leading team group again jumped from 30+ to current 100+ employees.
Cheney Yang has worked in Electronics industry for more than 20 years and solely operate Guangzhou Sinojoint Electronics Co.,Ltd. for 18years. She is very familiar to international trading term and can speak fluet English.She has not only plenty of experience about domestic supply chain plus factory operation and quality control but also special understanding about team work building. “Quality first, Customer orientation” is her business standard.
